✧  Welcome to SkyEcho Gallery

Here, the sky becomes a storyteller.
It rises over Sydney in gentle blush,
and bids farewell to New York in soft gold;
in the quiet space between,
their colours reach across oceans
and touch like old friends.

Though these horizons are far apart,
the same sun holds them close
a reminder that distance is only
a line painted by time.

These skies are more than photographs;
they are small windows of wonder
echoes of light, memory, and belonging.

If they find your heart,
you may carry them home
printed to keep,
to remember,
to dream again.

Warmly,
Nikki — Natsita Senken ✧

About Me

About two years ago, in November 2023, I began walking to the beach each morning for my health. Those quiet moments led me to discover the calm beauty of the blue hour that peaceful time before sunrise when the world is still.  It fascinated me, and soon I couldn’t stop watching the sky 🌤️

I started photographing the sky each day,
and what began as a small routine slowly grew into a deep passion.
I never wanted to miss a sunrise.
Each morning felt like a gift , a brief moment of colour, calm, and wonder.

While I’m based in Australia and most of the sunrise images are taken here,
this collection also includes sunset and bird photography from a close friend in New York.
Our shared love for the sky allows this space to hold two coastlines ,
different horizons, similar quietness.

This journey began with simple morning walks…
and has become a way to honour light, colour,
and the gentle stories found along the shore.

From sunrise shores in Australia
to sunsets in New York,
thank you for being here.
I hope these images bring you a moment of calm ,
a reminder that small rituals, like watching the sky,
can change the way we move through the world.

May you find your own quiet moment,
wherever you are.  ☼ ✧ 𓅪

One sky, two coastlines
an echo of colour and calm.

Between first light and fading glow, the sky remembers every colour holding each moment
like a secret only time understands.

Waves take the memory,
winds return the story,
and the horizon keeps them close  until morning comes again.
